H.O.P.E. an illegal experiment. In the year 1990, 8 new Elements were discovered. These are not the elements like Oxygen, Carbon and Iron or anything. These have been around us since the start of time.No, Not when the first clock was invented. When the World was Created! They're a bit more fictional then Reality. You may want to hope that it is Fictional, because these Element are being used for the worst ways ever.
